About the CWT Intelligence Platform

This platform has two halves that work together. The Intelligence Monitor watches public reporting on security incidents at religious institutions. The Suspicious Activity Reporting form lets people inside those institutions send CWT what the news never covers — the odd car, the repeat visitor, the threat nobody wrote an article about. Reports stay private; the monitor stays public.

The CWT Intelligence Monitor is an open and closed source situational awareness dashboard operated by Christian Warrior Training (CWT). CWT exists to help faith communities prepare, train, and think clearly about religious institution security. This dashboard aggregates publicly available news and published community reports about threats and security incidents affecting religious institutions across the United States (Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, other Christian, Messianic Jewish, Jewish, and LDS institutions are currently in scope), with a smaller global watch section for source-linked incidents clearly involving in-scope institutions.

What This Dashboard Does

• Aggregates publicly available news, RSS feed data, and published community reports.
• Classifies incidents by severity (Critical / High / Medium / Low).
• Publishes a weekly SITREP (Situation Report) summary.
• Provides a free situational awareness resource for faith safety teams, ministry leaders, and concerned community members.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

The monitor can only see what a newsroom published. Most of what threatens a congregation never gets that far, so CWT also runs a suspicious activity report form at /report for pastors and clergy, ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, safety and security teams, and congregation members. You do not have to be certain that what you saw means anything — single observations are what reviewers turn into patterns.

Typical reports cover:

• A person or vehicle that does not belong, or keeps coming back.
• Someone photographing entrances, cameras, or service times.
• Verbal, written, or online threats against your congregation.
• Trespassing, vandalism, or damage to property.
• Online harassment or cyber threats aimed at your ministry.

Submitted reports go to a private database and are reviewed by CWT personnel for pattern analysis and situational awareness. They remain private by default. Reporter contact details never publish under any circumstance. A reviewer can publish only a frozen, redacted summary, and only when the reporter granted the optional public-summary permission — those appear on the dashboard labeled Community Report, so what one congregation notices can warn the next one. You receive a reference ID on the confirmation page, and the Privacy Notice documents retention and deletion.

This is not an emergency channel. The form is not monitored in real time. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services first, then file the report.

Who This Is For

This dashboard is designed for faith security team members, safety ministry volunteers, ministry leaders, and anyone who takes the responsibility of protecting an in-scope religious institution seriously. Faith communities should remain open, welcoming, and ready.

What This Dashboard Does NOT Do

• Does not display full Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or reporter contact information. With the reporter's optional permission, CWT may publish an operator-reviewed, redacted incident summary.
• Does not monitor social media.
• Does not provide law-enforcement intelligence.
• Does not provide professional threat assessment services.
• Does not identify, track, or profile individuals.
• Does not support targeting, profiling, harassment, or surveillance of religious communities.

Responsible Use

This monitor is for situational awareness only. It is not an emergency alerting system, dispatch system, or law-enforcement reporting tool. Information is collected from public sources and may include false positives, duplicates, outdated stories, or incomplete reporting. Always verify incidents with original sources and official channels before making operational or safety decisions.

Data Sources

All data comes from publicly available news RSS feeds. Each incident displayed includes either a direct publisher link or a clearly labeled news-aggregator fallback when a direct link cannot be resolved. CWT does not endorse any particular news outlet.

Feeds

Public incident feeds are available at /feed.xml and /feed.json. They accept optional allow-listed filters for group, severity, and range, for example /feed.xml?group=Jewish&severity=high&range=72h.

How This Platform Runs

This platform is hosted on Vercel. News feeds are ingested on an automated schedule and classified by a deterministic rule-based system; in-scope incidents appear on the public dashboard automatically. Operators can still hide or reject bad rows. Community suspicious-activity reports stay private unless a reviewer publishes a consented redacted summary. It still uses public sources only, and there are still no visitor accounts and no tracking.
